It was great and they had a variety of food and alot of fresh fruit.
Time of closing at breakfast time.

Clean and location was at the beach. Good place for yiung adulta to get drunk. Not much for families.
Tried to make us pay for things twice. Accused us of stealing towels while we brought thse back as promished.

Nothing
The hotel is next to the largest disco in Palma. Lots of dead drunk germans making primal sounds. The breakfast was cold. Terrible stay!

- Personnel is very courteous and always tries to find a solution for a problem in minutes - Dinner buffet ist very good in quality with lots of choice - Lovely welcome / dinner at night at arrival (1am) and prepared small breakfast at checkout (4 am)
- Spa was not open (only in winter), Sauna could have been used on request, but no lounger to relax afterwards, because area was closed - Breakfast is rather limited in choice and quality (examples for what we missed: fresh orange and other juices, better coffee, extended front cooking with more than fried egg e. g. fresh made pancakes with cholocolate sauce, look for examples at other hotels like Iberostar) - Rooms are rather old fashioned, especially bathroom - heater was not working anymore even if it was cold
