Staff was great, very friendly, helpful, and welcoming! Breakfast and a bracing cup of coffee included. Non-smoking room was genuinely not smoked in! They were doing some remodels, so improvements are on the way.
My room showed some serious wear and tear, in need of a good deep clean. The important stuff was spotless--bed linens, towels, bathroom. But there were areas of carpet, hairdryer, door frame that showed some neglect.
Avoid this place
I like that I made it out with all my belongings.
Room and facilities were filthy. Bums constantly sneaking into hotel and walking around. Bums lingering in parking lot around cars. Room was gross. Pillow had stains and bed had blood stains.
Bad neighborhood. Place surrounded by tweakers in the parking lot. Someone vomited in the hall outside my door. Building in general is in rough shape.
This place is a D-I-V-E
The best thing about this hotel was leaving.
Even though the pictures online looked okay, once we arrived we noted that this place looks like it used be an old motor inn that they built a facade around the entire old motel...inside smells musty and moldy from the indoor pool that used to be out doors. There were multiple code violations in the room, exposed wires, drop ceiling in the bathroom, dirty blankets and comforters. The air conditioner did not cool the room with out the aid of an industrial fan. At least we couldn't hear any of the noises coming from other rooms...the fan was so loud. We would have left and stayed some where else except they wouldn't refund the fee we paid online.
Unsafe and Unsanitary
The hotel was old and unclean. My family and I felt unsafe being in the motel and in the neighborhood surrounding it. We left after being there for about 15 minutes and found a safer more suitable place to stay.
under construction, smelled of smoke, stains and holes in bedding. bathroom not cleaned well. food found in fridge from previous guest
Horrible room . . . Good breakfast
I did like the breakfast buffet in the morning. It was honestly the best part of the stay. The free WiFi was also a huge plus.
Omg, the place was under construction with a remodel so there was debris everywhere. There was a hole in my comforter, the carpet was dirty, the bathroom was gross, the furniture looked like it were bought at grandma's yard sale. . . The whole place needs to be scrubbed down in a desperate way.
Building was under construction although that does t account for the rundown condition of the room. We did have a small dog, maybe that explains the room condition.
there was no smoking rooms and also wish there was a fridge and microwave
It was clean and comfortable for a good rate. The location was great, also...close to dining and nightlife options.
Building and rooms were very out of date
Poor wifi and faulty heaters
Breakfast and location was good for what I needed.
Wifi was glitzy and I ended up using the data on my phone instead. Heater in room did not work and there wasn't any weather stripping around the door. Staff was helpful to move me next door to another room where the heater also did not work. The heater stayed on during the entire time I was there and never reached its selected temperature.
Rooms and ants!!!
