Staff was friendly, location in French Quarter was convenient to get to strret car or easy walking around. Quiet and away from louder music or street noise.
Some rooms do not have a fridge which I wish i had for extended stay.
Carol really helped us and everyone on staff was wonderful.
Guests above us were very loud and woke us up up in middle of night for about 45 minutes at 3:00 am last night. We got up and told staff we couldn’t take it anymore. The staff offered to take care of it and we were pleased.
I liked the very old-time feel to it, all of the historical aspects of it. The courtyard in which the room opened out to was very cute. The room itself was very small, but in a quaint way, rather than in a negative.
The only complaint that I had was that the wifi was very spotty at times, but we hardly used it anyway. Otherwise there were no complaints to be had. The staff were very friendly and the location was great.
