No hooks on back of doors to hang things and no Suitcase racks
The staff were excellent, the place was very clean and the bed was awesome. We stayed at a room toward the back so we didn't hear all the noise of Frenchman street but we also had great air conditioning and it covered it up. Very nice and clean place to stay.
Can't really come up with anything that I need to comment on.
Smoking on the patios by other guests.. It was difficult to sit on the balconies with so many of the guests smoking.
I like the ability to have a comfortable area to relax in after being around town. Love the air conditioning, the staff are all very helpful and friendly. The room was beautiful and we could easily access the french quarter as well as down town from that area. There is a grocery store within walking distance and I like the idea of being able to prepare our own meals when we want them and not have to go looking for a restaurant. We have visited New Orleans 4 times stayed at the Frenchman twice and felt very much at home there. We keep returning with the hopes of relocating soon.
My only disappointment with the area is there was (2 years ago) a nice family restaurant with excellent food that is now gone and been replaced by Willie's chicken shack. I would love to see a family restaurant closer to the place.
Staff was wonderful everything was as advertised
Pricey but nice
