Days Inn by Wyndham New Haven

Location was ok on busy noisy road.

Everything old ..bed VERY UNCOMFORTABLE

The ubication

We were given a smoking room without asking. We told them that they would change it but they told us that they had no free. I smelled tarbaco until the sheets. The next day we changed the room. there were many free rooms. We were given a second floor and there was no elevator to pack up. Breakfast is very bad and very scarce.The WC had a very small drain. He got stuck right away and we went down to ask for help. A girl told us that she was alone and that she could not help us. He got into a habitation and gave us a screwdriver for us to do.If the price were cheap, I could assume the elevator and breakfast, but it is not. Unacceptable

The staff is very nice. They definitely tried hard to make things better for me. They had no problem rebating me for part of my stay. They really save the place.

There is no elevator, so travel light. The place needs updating. The heater in my room didn’t work. The front desk girl brought me a space heater. The lighting is dim. At night, there are street racers all night! Totally not the hotels fault, but still, the noise will keep you up!
