Staff were extremely helpful and went out of their way to help us. The grounds of the property is relaxing. There is a bus that goes by the hotel every 10 minutes and only costs $1.50 which takes you to downtown. Peaceful location.
More veggie/vegan options would be good. The food was nice but not much to eat on the menu if you have dietary requirements.

The beach view
Staff leaves early so was not able to get extra towels. No phones in room incase of blackouts. Pool was dirty. No real breakfast. They are tied to a vacation club which is taking time out of your vacation. Not near any real restaurants or good places to go. For the price of the room it's not worth it. Nothing like the pictures!!!
