Rooms were comfortable and large compared to the Japanese standard. Front desk people were nice and tried their best to speak english ( and to solve the issue with The Buffet restaurant) even if it was difficult. The hotel is located just in front a tramway station so very convenient.
The « Buffet » restaurant: the waiter was not nice (refusal to accept us at 19:00... and the restaurant should be opened until 21:00), he did not speak english... and the buffet was empty, no more meals in the dishes at 19:00... we did not understand. Very disappointed as there is no much choice around the hotel at a walking distance.
bed and pillows: too hard!
Spacious room and walking distance from the rail station. Tram stop out the front and you could get anywhere in town. Great view from the restaurant overlooking the bay and good selection of food for breakfast.
Describing the mattress as firm is an understatement! The buffet dinner seemed a bit pricey and the rooms were a little too warm for our liking.
Western style with lots of space
Big room, not a pre-fab bathroom, good view. Combini in lobby
A bit far from everything, but still walkable from train station. There is a team stop in front of the hotel, but you have climb stairs (overpass) to reach it.
Romantic and exotic, home of the Nagasaki Kunchi (Dragon dance) festival. Nagasaki is a major tourist destination on the island of Kyushu, offering a dramatic atmosphere all year round. The Hotel Nagasaki, BW Premier Collection is a very modern hotel and a very good site for transportation. It takes about an eight minute walk from the JR Nagasaki station. You can get a full view of the beautiful Nagasaki Port. There are eight banquet halls in the hotel, including a mail hall, one of the best international arenas. A variety of events such as wedding ceremony, international conference, and private party is held in the halls. Four restaurants and bar provide a very unique and relaxing atmosphere. We welcome our guests with an international level of traditional service arriving here.
