Lisa, Solayla and Ramona at reception were very friendly and helpful in providing hints to us to enjoy the city. Apartment was spacious and a large discount supermarket was nearby. Free coffee in the lobby a nice perk.
We were disappointed there was so few restaurants within an easy walk if the hotel. The tram outside the door however made navigating the public transportation system easy.

Recommend for all travelers
The facilities were very nice... Each room came with a fully equipped kitchen!
I arrived after a long flight and wanted to take a shower. As I was walking out of the shower, the door to my hotel room opened and a man started walking in! I quickly grabbed a towel and said excuse me and he quickly scurried out of the room, yelling "housekeeping!" As you can imagine, this was a bit of a shock. Otherwise, the staff (mainly reception) were very professional and helpful.

Wonderful stay in Munich
Friendly and professional staff, kitchenette for cooking breakfast, located close to tram, spacious room, good value, free espresso all day. One time I returned drunk from a beer hall and needed a new key. I was embarrassed and expected some scornful looks, but the front desk handled it like pros. They even smiled and wished me a good night. Munich is great!
