Two separate rooms. Close to restaurants.
Tennis group used up all the plates. Our room microwave did not work. Two rooms were smaller than expected. Too much noise above us.
Pool and outside seating. Bed comfortable. Appliances were modern and clean. Bath and bedroom clean. Pleasant staff. Grounds were clean. Liked the store. Laundry but need change machine! Give. Room near elevator as requested. Close to airport!
The cabinets/ vanities were dated and dingy. There was dirt in the pullout couch. My key card had to rerun twice and didn’t work and the other card only worked after multiple tries especially when exiting pool or entering lobby from both sides. Having to exit the building to get to our building because not connected to lobby area. Difficult with elderly parent and thunderstorms. Didn’t get notification of no cot until I called that morning. We had to make a second reservation at that point.
The price was great for the type of room the extra space in the room was great
The pool opens a little late 10am
Spacious, nice breakfast buffet food.
Booking.com nightly rate was $164. However, at the hotel it was $199 for the 1st night. It was upsetting. Another $10 was charged as convenience fee for using credit card??? Who walks around with hard cash to pay hotels these days? On top of this, none of this info was published at booking.com site or the Residence Inn site. Trying to pull wool over the customer. Instead of $400 dollars I expected to spend for 2 nights, it came to over $500! For a 3 star hotel? Unacceptable. This is a pet friendly hotel and I paid $100 NON REFUNDABLE fee also. Yet we had to get complaints that my small dog was barking in MY room at 10.30 in the morning? I paid for this service. So you, the HOTEL should fix the room walls so they're sound proof! It's a dog, so it will bark now and then. And mt pet's stay was not free either. So I expect a hassle free stay as well unless you're planning to give my 100 dollar fee back?
It was all great.
Would have loved a fan in the room.
