Great location and friendly staff
Incredibly loud music, so it was impossible to stay within the pool area. Also, they charged for everything. The restaurant was a bit overpriced for what it is.

Nice big pool, good location, near the beach.
Did not like the enormous lizard walking around the pool, the staff didn't do anything. Sky bar is not actually a sky bar. The food was very expensive. The breakfast could have had more options.

Every room is special and there are many to choose from here. Superior, Ocean View, Lofts, Lookout Duplex, Bungalows, and the Penthouse rooms are all available for guests. Each room comes equipped with a luxurious bed, a Mexican sandstone bathroom, flat screen televisions, a large work desk, beach chairs, and Wi-Fi.
The Bungalows feature a large and spacious room to entertain and unwind. It comes with Wi-Fi, espresso/ coffee maker, mini bar, and 24-hour guest team. The Penthouse suites have about 6,000 square feet per suite. There are beautiful panoramic views of the city from the balconies. There is also a 24-hour concierge service for guests of the Penthouse suite.
Dining at the Shore Club is easy too! Guests can enjoy authentic Mexican food at Diez Y Seis. There is a delicious buffet style brunch there every Sunday. If guests are looking for simple cocktails and appetizers, they can check out the Sky Bar.
