Intercontinental Hotels Presidente Santa Fe Mexico

Very clean hotel all over. comfortable bed. Room service was 20 mins or faster. Hotel taxis knowledgable, clean cars and fast service. Tha Palm restaurant wine list is exquisite, choice of meat cuts is superb. The maitre d was over the top. Enjoyed walking to beautiful Santa Fe Mall, big Superama supermarket nearby, Fedex nearby. Location is good.

This hotel is good for a few nights stay. I am here long term, got uncomfortable. The gym, clumsy layout & too small. .I work in my room w/ laptop, was disturbed by people constantly knocking at the door, water, notices, chocolates, cleaning knock twice each morning despite calling front desk giving them what time to clean room, yikes! Not happy i saw lady spraying some chemical on pillows before bedtime. MIstakes in the final bill, got charged for someone´elses laundry bill. Wasnt greeted as an Ambassador, at check in. once in room, requested´room change then, i disclosed status.. Never got the daily mineral water Im supposed to get, some days I even had to request daily bottled watercause they forgot to leave some, ended up going to supermarket & get my own.Nearby Hotel & toll free customer serviceng refused to honor the free weekend night due to Ambassador status despite being confirmed at check in, everyone I spoke gave five different excuses, the way they handled it gave me a picture of the integrity of their word. After 1 week stay, I moved to a different hotel.
