Pros:kayak refunded me when I told them I was too frightened to stay here. 3 police reports filed on this hotel just within previous week.
Cons:Dangerous. Group of thugs in parking lot. Homeless people trying to check in rather than use shelter. Read the articles online about the occurrences in this hotel. Asked Kayak to remove this listing from this site. We had to pay to stay elsewhere that night to feel safe. Worst hotel experience of my life. Did not touch anything in the room. Checkin person told us drug addict broke lobby toilet.

Cons:Room was cold. Took 48 hours to get warm with heater on max.

Pros:Close to the highway. Friendly staff. Well lit parking lot. Great water pressure in the shower.
Cons:Converted factory building that was not easily identified as a hotel since the entrance did not face the street. Continental breakfast consisted of only cereal and bread, no fruit, yogurt, or protein. With the exception of the flat screen TVs the room hadn't been updated since the 1970s.

Cons:This hotel was in a undesirable location. My family felt totally unsafe walking into the lobby which itself had an odor that suggested uncleanliness. There were large stains on the rug ( I don't even want to know what they were from). My children and I didn't not feel safe there. If it hadn't been for the fact this was a family emergency and being informed I would be penalized 70.00 for canceling the room, I would have not stayed there at all.

Pros:The staff were extremely hard working and seemed to try hard to please the guests
Cons:The neighborhood was scary for a family with children. Took 20 min to check in computers were slow.

Pros:It was close to the highway, so it was easy to find but then you hear the highway traffic. At least I did since my room was on the highway side. It was clean but not the nicest place to stay but for the price, I guess one cant complain. I did not have my kids so for a place to crash, it was fine.
