The location.
The rooms were dirty and smelly we had to change our rooms. The toilet water leaked on the bathroom floors and the smell was unbearable. The sheets and towels were very dirty. Also we had an early morning flight the next day and there was no bell boy to help us out. Since we were a family of 5 it was very difficult for us to manage also the reception personnel was rude to us when we asked for help with the taxi.

Beds are hard. Need to have mattress on top of the divan.
