We knew the location was fantastic.Everything would of have been fine. I do want to mention that everyone involved in this situation acted professional and went beyond what was expected.I feel very privileged to have been accommodated and assisted by the Petit Place Hotels now and in the past.
The Problem was that Madrid was about to be locked down It could not have been better considering the situation . .

The location is top, very central
This is max a 2 star hotel. Three persons and got soap and shower gel for only one. Had to ask. The basin in the toilet was blocked, the toilet was just bad, the shower slippery without grip. There was no toilet brush either

The location is amazing! I had to leave a very bad airbnb and had to sort out my lodging in 20 minutes. Petit Palace was a great option for me! I was alone and went a number of times to the San Miguel market, which I loved and was across the street.
The lobby and entry look pretty bad and tacky.

The hotel was just across Mercado San Miguel stone's throw away from Plaza Mayor with shops, restaurants and interesting sights. The room and bathroom was just the right size for 2 persons. Shampoo and body wash were of good quality.
There was a stinky smell coming from the sewage (from the bathroom). We were too tired from travelling we thought it was temporary but the smell was there until the morning. It was also some 150-200m from the Sol station.

This is the second time I stay at Petit Palace. I felt welcomed by everyone! First time I came with my wife for vacation and it was the same!
