Excellent customer service. Courteous and helpful staff. Quick check-in and check-out. Clean, spacious, comfortable and secure rooms. Great location, very near to train station (Gare Perrache) and tram line. Value for money.

Good location & value for money... Breakfast is very basic but ok. Clean.
Too much hassle - wifi requires codes to be printed, kitchen cupboards are closed until you ask the reception to open them. Room is quite dark.
