Convenient location, great price, quiet place, clean and breakfast was good! Very nice set up in the rooms
Nobody at the counter we had to wait a few minutes to somebody to come out. At breakfast time the sausage was gone and nobody came to checkn my husband knock on the staff door but nobody answer, but breakfast was good.
House keeping forgot to leave ample toilet paper.
Breakfast was the only good part of the whole hotel stay.
The staff was not great (except the breakfast staff). No pool towels, open and used soap for us to use in our bathroom, location was in a bad area. Noisy and rude guest, three o'clock in the morning people were up and down the hotel yelling and slamming doors. Not to mention the fireworks being fired off at 2AM right behind the hotel. I could go on about how bad the experience was. I have never wrote a bad review but this was that bad.
Very helpful front desk lady. She went out of her way to find me a room when I wanted to check in early. Good breakfast selection. Much larger room than I was expecting. Fun fish tank in the lobby/breakfast area. Quiet room.
The bathroom smelled strongly of mildew to the point I needed to keep the door to the bathroom shut. Only negative to an otherwise great stay.
It looked presentable from the outside.
Our restroom stunk like urine also the tile was broken. When you stepped in there it would pick up from the floor. We had kids and I had to make sure they would wear shoes in there to prevent injury. The mirror had water spots and the sink inside was dirty. When we arrived at night it took awhile for someone to check us in because no one was there.
