Cons: Make entertainment , serve nice food. Seat not comfortable at all.

Cons: Connecting in Jeddah is a mightmare.

Cons: At Islamabad airport they asked to show authority latter of the person who purchased the ticket. Islamabad Airport they always bother if you are traveling by Saudi airlines.

Pros: Crew is extremely friendly

Pros: Comfort+ seats are affordable and give me the leg room I need as a 6'3" adult.

Cons: Seems like Delta provided free upgrades to families with small children in Comfort+. This impacts the flight comfort for us paying customers. Recommend readdressing this policy and not placing small crying children in Comfort+ for free.

Cons: The flight was delayed because one or more of the crew were late. I would suggest that when you board a large flight, start from the rear of the plane, not the front. Having to go past everyone to get to your seat is time consuming and somewhat stressful. The food was super gross. The so called beef bulgogi was not appetizing at all. For breakfast, the food was disgusting.

Pros: Business class on the 737 is somewhat basic compared to Virgin Australia's A330, but you still get the same great service, and the food is terrific.

Pros: Loads of leg room compared with other flights (I'm 6' and my knees are usually embedded in the seat in front, but not this time!

Cons: USB socket on the entertainment on both flight out and return was broken.

Cons: There was a medical issue and Virgin Atlantic refused to accept the ticket code - for any price - toward a new ticket. I paid for a new ticket and took another airline.
