Pros: There are many nice hotels in London but the Beaumont is by far the best in my book, not just London. The hotel management is from the heart by an amazing people. Excellent accommodation with exceptional rooms with fine details and features that I have not seen in other places. Location is relative, but for our purpose is ideal. Services in and out of the hotel are great. Managing staff are very personal yet very professional. With this kind of uniqueness, it is definitely my home away from home from now on.

Pros: Breakfast Room Service (as restaurant was not open before I had to leave).
Cons: Everything else - courteous, but very unhelpful staff in resolving issues and making guests feel comfortable. Slow service - room not available on time - view from the room was looking at steampipes. One of my most disappointing hotel stays compared to expectations (and I visit London 6-10x annually).
Room was old (it was clean) and not up to date for a luxury hotel.

Room 105 & 405 are quite spacious and extremely luxurious classified under the “Deluxe King” category. Their staff is nothing short of exemplary. Amazing attitudes and are always eager to assist in any way. Cleanliness is also reason why I will always come back here, the room is always clean and tidy and very posh.

Pros: The Stafford has a great location - very quiet and close to both the main shopping areas and the tube line for Canary Wharf and Waterloo Station. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Staff are friendly and helpful.
Cons: We arrived at 2pm (as prewarned) and the room was not ready - it became ready around 2.30pm. Despite being a premier King Room it was no larger than many much cheaper Queen rooms (only the bed was bigger) and the bathroom was three narrow and steep steps up which was not ideal during the night. The hotel is popular with non-residents both at the bar and at breakfast so can be busy and noisy for residents. Breakfast was frankly unpleasant with awful loud modern vocal jazz singing on the piped music and a very loud business breakfast group adjacent. Better eat outside at Pret or Carluccio.
7,0 Good

Cons: Rooms are very very small-price for money doubtable

Cons: The shower did not have hot water Windows did open We paid and booked the deluxe Junior suite at stables however the manager gave me the impression that he upgraded us yet it was a downgrade. He moved us to an executive junior suite the news which is cheaper than what we booked. Extremely disappointed. We have been clients at the Stafford for over 8yrs. This is definitely the last time I will stay at this hotel. It was much better when it was owned by the Kempinski

Pros: The location
Cons: The place is old. The elevator was out of order multiple times during the day. I was stuck in it for 3 minutes
7,5 Good
Pros: Clean and comfortable
Cons: Small room. Staff not what it once was. After staying here close to 30 times we regrettably have had a pleasent time on our last few occasions. This place used to mean so much to use and has added to our special occasions, now it's the only thing that let's our occasions down.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Location, service and comfort
Cons: Noisy boiler that kept coming on near us and the bin men emptying early on a Sunday. I had paid for a large room, then on realising it wasn’t a twin felt I was then put in a back room for the same money, hence the value rating went down.
1,0 Poor
Pros: Location.
Cons: The sheets were stained and we found at least 5 strands of somebody else's body hair on them. The hotel manager was very rude and did not resolve the issue to our satisfaction.
7,9 Good
Pros: Friendly staff
Cons: Warm breakfast toast done one side only recommend getting breakfast in nearby cafes for 3rd of price and much much better Fan in bathroom not working could not let the bath out, damage to bath panels looks tired No complimentary biscuits with tea tray and no herbal teas needs updating with times.

Pros: There was no amenity this hotel didn't think of, no service they didn't offer. The staff were attentive; complementary luxuries abounded (slippers, robes, yoga mats, umbrellas, wifi, fresh fruit, water), the minibar was extensive with snacks, drinks, phone chargers, spa products, just about anything you could need. The location was perfect - right in the middle of London, with park access, easy tube access, a friendly and convenient retail area around the corner for pubs, bakeries, and shopping, all with a view of the London Eye and Big Ben from our room). They made great use of technology to make sure housekeeping is always on top of everything, plus 24 hour room service and 3 room service menus (including one from Nobu!). The room was on the small side (by American standards only), but incredibly well appointed, clean, crisp and modern, with all types of power adapters built into the desk. I have recommended them several times.

Pros: Our favorite part of our stay was the Breakfast staff individuals serving us in the mornings. Our daughters have a fatal nut allergy and they were absolutely professional kind loving and thorough in making sure our daughters could eat safely. In addition to that they were just beautiful lovely human beings. We enjoyed their interaction and company more than we can actually explain. Please note and give those individuals a raise or some kind of recognition for their excellent care. In addition to this Lonnie at the concierge desk was stellar. He was patient and helpful and thorough in terms of helping us lay out our days and how to maximize our time and enjoyment - he was wonderful!

Pros: EVERYTHING WAS WONDERFUL. THEY TOOK SUCH GRACIOUS CARE OF EVERY NEED. MY HUSBAND IS 93 AND USES A WALKER. THEY BUILT TWO RAMPS FOR HIM TO HAVE EASY ACCESS. THEY ASSISTED WITH FRONT STAIRS WHEN WE CHOSE TO EXIT FOR A TAXI TO TAKE US WHEREVER. BUT THEY ALWAYS ALLOWED FOR HIS DIGNITY. THIS TOUCHED MY HEART. HIS TOO. THANK YOU, SOMEHOW SEEMS INADEQUITE TO EXDPRESS OUR APPRECIATION. PLEASE LET STAFF KNOW THAT THEY HAVE BECOME OUR "GO TO" RESIDENCE IN LONDON. BEST REGARDS, CHERIE M DUNN
Cons: NOTHING
7,1 Good
Pros: The location is excellent and it is in a very quiet street in London. Most of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable with lovely linen and pillows.
Cons: No electric jug or milk to make a cup of tea in your room. Having flown 36 hours I was very frustrated to be denied a jug of hot water by reception and told to use the coffee machine which proved to be faulty. Upon my return to reception I was finally given a jug of hot water to take back to my room. Several of the lights were not working in the room. The hotel is tucked away from the main traffic noise but the floor boards are extremely squeaky so if your neighbours are up and about you will know about it. The shower leaked all over the bathroom floor, very poorly designed and as you are stepping out of a bath it can be very slippery, would not be suitable for less agile guests.
5,4 Okay
Pros: The hotel is situated right in the heart of central London. The bellman was well train, polite and can remembee every small detail of the guest. The room decoration is pretty nice.
Cons: On the moment we checked in, I raised the ac is quite warm and the staff said the ac works just be patient. So I went out for and got back to the room at late night, AC didn't work. It was even worse. We cant breath in the hotel room. Hence, we asked the staff to change the room and the staff at reception said every rooms in this hotel was fully booked. I should have raise this up since the beginning (which I did). The staff said the AC doesn't work the whole floor. They've been trying to fix it but since it's late at that moment so they will fix it on the next day. However, for some reason they managed to get us moved to the new room. But they actually downgraded our room, the room is smaller, Restroom is half size when compared to the room we got at the beginning. They insisted it's not downgrade and they charged us the same amount of money.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Convenience location and history of this hotel
Cons: Ras

Pros: Loved the room although this was only because the air con had broken down and they gave me a suite with balcony’s so I could get some air in the room
Cons: The bar was to small
4,6 Okay
Pros: location / rooms
Cons: aircon not working and it was a heatwave. moved to a smaller air conditioned room on second day -- no discount given for lesser room and US aircon! had to ask for portable fans / so called portable aircon unit provided (which was in fact a evaporative cooler -- hopeless.

Pros: Great location, and really lovely staff. It was our 10th Anniversary and we had a lovely surprise in our room when we got back from exploring the city. Thank you so much for the champagne that was a lovely touch.
Cons: Nothing to be honest

Pros: They clean the room twice a day. They are kind to us with complementary sweets.
Cons: The concierge man with the glasses on (I forgot his name). He was a racism man. Is it because we come from another background as Arab?? 1.He was ignoring us all the time when we asked him to help us with something and at the same moment he went to welcome two ladies that came from Brazil and ignored us while my brother needs him to help him with the bags. 2.And there was a little girl (From UAE) that she went to him to ask him about the door (7 years old) and it was infront of me that he didn’t even smile at her and he looked at her straight in the eyes and she directly went to her dad table not speaking a word. 3. I asked for a pen and I was calling him and he was just standing there looking at me calling him not giving any reaction and the he called another college to me pointing to me rudely. This is not acceptable and we live in a world that needs us to be there for each other. To respect each other as human. Not depending on from where do we come or what language we do speak. How a five star hotel accept this? All the staff was beyond friendly specially the Holland new man (forgot his name). They all were a good represent to the hotel, except him.

Pros:
Cons: The delay response on our orders, they take more than 30 min. to do what we ask for. Also, we have booked a room with a garden view (which cost a way more than a city view). HOWEVER when we came over to the hotel, the receptionist informed us that all rooms with garden view is occupied. This is a lack of credibility!

Cons: We stayed in an Executive room with access to the Lounge where breakfast was free. And as the old adage goes.... you get what you pay for ! The eggs were inedible and other food seemed stale. No bottles of water / diet soda in the lounge. Over an 8 night stay, we ate there ONCE. There was LOUD renovation noise all day long. The room requires more lighting and the decor seems very dated. Housekeeping needs help - some days they replaced the hand towels, some days they didnt. Some days the room wasnt turned down till past 6 pm. We had an important package delivered to the hotel - left with the Concierge. On checking, they said they had not received it. We followed up the next day and they "found it". Apologized for not delivering it earlier. Overall, the Concierge service is condescending at best.

Pros: Location is excellent for London shopping.
Cons: NOT good value. NOT anybody's fault. It's very difficult for even big name hotels to compete anymore in the historical, traditional locations. Mayfair is Georgian period, latest Victorian. Rooms are small. Noisy. Lifts cramped and shaking. Corridors dark. Thin line between ye olde quaint and 'old dump. Modern hotels win EVERY TIME. Regret breakfast very poor - Gordon Ramsay would be embaressed with his own restaurant in the mornings.

Pros: Staff was amazing and helped us find food after we arrived late our first night.
Cons: Walls are paper thin so you can here everything outside and they were renovating the room next door so we were awakened by the sound of sanding on the wall. I just wore ear plugs the next night.

Pros: Hotel is nice, great location, 5 min walk to Buckingham palace. Beds are comfy, rooms are clean, very kind staff at front desk and at the bar/restaurant.
Cons:
7,5 Good
Pros: Breakfast was okay. Fruit selection was a little lack lustre. Restaurant staff VERY friendly. The heating wasn't switched on for the winter yet, but staff did bring a radiator to the room which was great. Housekeeping staff also very friendly.
Cons: The mattress was AWFUL!!! We had a late checkout for 2pm but left before 12.00 as the bed wasn't comfy. Very surprised at this!! I won't stay at this Holiday Inn again, even though the price point was okay. A good night's sleep is so important and this is the first time, in a very long time, I haven't felt rested after staying at a hotel.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: didn't have breakfast there. location is fantastic. staff were friendly (especially the concierge and the head of the bar). rooms are large for london standards.
Cons: the bathrooms need an update. the room keys didn't work repeatedly. the bathroom (ladies) opposite the reception desk in the lobby was in a truly pitiful state. that was a really bad experience.

Cons: I only used the sleeping facilities so cannot comment on bars or food.

Pros: The staff were very good. I appreciated the upgrade (that was not asked for). The location was good. The room service breakfast was very efficient. Housekeeping service was good. Bed was comfortable. Decent selection of toiletries.
Cons: The room looked very dated, particularly the bathroom and there were no pictures on the wall. Items that were missing in the room included no folder on information of the hotel; the TV simply did not work - on the evening it was fixed but again in the morning it did not work, I contacted the concierge who said he would log it and reception said they never worked properly. There was no iron and board in the room, a trouser press yes but I had to ring housekeeping for the ironing board. The tea/coffee facilities in the room were poor and no biscuits at all. Was a little surprised when window cleaner appeared at the window (I was on the 6th floor) at 09.00 - good job I was dressed, felt very uncomfortable all the same there had been no warning given. No air conditioning or fan in room.
7,1 Good
Pros: Good breakfast. Very comfortable bed and nice bathroom. Front desk staff and manager very accommodating.
Cons: For the price the rooms were small and somewhat dated (carpet, furniture). Initially we got a tiny old room with no view but when we complained we got a slightly better room.

Cons: My bedroom 430 was a bit on the small size for a superior room and I had to repeat several times an English guest name at check in. The check in clerk has difficulty understanding English at first. But to be honest I’m trying to find fault. It is a gem.

Cons: If I had to mention anything , it would be the water pressure in the shower, water hot but pressure extremely low.

Pros: Good location, okay price.
Cons: It's not 5-star hotel, maybe three. My room didn't look anything like on photos, but was quite old fashioned with dirty carpet, broken cupboards and water stains on bathroom ceiling.

Pros:
Cons: Breakfast room poor . No nighttime turndown service. Minibar wasn’t refilled for second night.
7,1 Good
Pros: This hotel's location is the best thing about it: right in the middle of things. The bed was fantastically comfy.
Cons: The bathroom was poorly designed (water went everywhere), the keycard expired, and everything was fairly drab in the room. The people at the front desk were not that friendly, but fine.

2,0 Mediocre
Pros: Location is obviously great
Cons: Lack of information about what is available in hotel - there's a spa brochure in the room (which wasn't relevant for me) but no info about the restaurants, what time breakfast is served and where etc etc). Got to our room and the minibar was empty so had to phone room service for a bottle of water. Extremely grumpy concierge came up with it, complaining that it wasn't his job but there was no-one else around. While he was there we asked him if he could look at the TV which didn't work. At first he said that in the room refurb they must have forgotten to connect the television. After ages, he found something behind the TV which enabled him to turn it on. I have honestly not ever met such a grumpy person working in a hotel! In addition to all this, the room (particularly the bathroom) wasn't very clean. And the shower was just a trickle. Not good enough for £279 per night...
5,0 Okay
Pros:
Cons: Hmmm.... 1st room - smelled of paint, had no furniture and planks of wood on the floor. 2nd room - had more body fluid on the sofa than material, stunk of smoke, and genuinely looked like a shag den. 3rd room - was shabby, had light fittings missing, electrics hanging off the wall. Looked like the bailiffs had been in and removed stuff ! 4th room - perfect.... now why was it so difficult to have not got it right in the first place. Staff didnt really care. Had no interest in getting it right, had to repeat ourselves constantly as new staff came on. No offer of compensation or a sorry !! Very disappointed and we were a returning customer

Pros: Beautiful hotel, friendly staff and great location.
Cons: The bed was like sleeping on a hard board. So uncomfortable I only got a few hours sleep.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent location in the soho neighborhood and a short walk to the metro to easily get around London.
Cons: The AC would not get as comfortably cool as we would have liked, plus we were stuck with two small beds instead of one queen, and the beds were a bit too firm.
9,0 Excellent
Pros:
Cons: Rooms are quite dated. We changed rooms after the first one was not acceptable. Staff were helpful and accommodating to provide an alternative.

Pros: There is nothing good about this hotel except the location if you need to be in Mayfair
Cons: The staff were not welcoming, when I checked out the receptionist didn't not say good morning or good bye, they did not speak to me. When I arrived back after an evening out about 12 30, the receptionist didn't even look up and say good evening. The decorated is badly in need of a lick of paint, very dated and dirty.
