The hotel needs revamping, I was surprised it is still under the NH brand. The staff was helpful but could not really help with recommending restaurants for a business dinner in Kensington or nearby and had to resort to Google.
Rooms were a good size, usually london hotels are closet sized. Comfy bed, and everything very clean. The location is great too. I had a last minute booking and was kindly accomodated after an Air BnB disaster.
There was no staff to help with luggage. The hotel has steps, and its raining half the time. They told me I should deal with it myself. There is a small luggage lift but no staff helped us use it. Also found the room service charge of 5 pound per order a bit mean. Dont know if that's a london thing.
The elevator works so slowly and it takes time to get in
Great location, clean room, excellent breakfast
All was good
The location is perfect! Close to everything. Walking distance within few minutes you can find self-service laundry, 24 hours convenience store, restaurants and bars, and most importantly the Earl’s Court metro station that brings you to everywhere. The breakfast is good although not many varieties, it’s sufficient to me! Staff was friendly and helpful. It was a good stay!
The water is not hot enough at the shower!
