1) The way the lounge is laid out is informal and gives an atmosphere of friendliness. The seating in the lounge is comfortable and lets you do what you want, like reading, socialising or what. 2) The room was spacious and clean. 3) Breakfast was good.
1) The internet connection was not there all the time. When asked they said, Internet Connection is managed by an outside agency. The hotel operators said they are not responsible. 2) The microwaves are provided, but not well publicised to hotel guests.
clean towels every day
Dirty window Dust on all surface (especially on shelves) Strange smell in the wardrobe (after using it our clothes were the same smell) The door in the toilet sticked up, made sounds and collected mud
Very convenient for the Underground. Very welcoming, helpful and friendly staff at reception. Room was quiet, clean and well equipped. Bed was so comfortable - I slept really well during my visit.
Breakfast was very expensive.
The View from our room on the 25th floor was fantastic, the breakfast was very good unfortunately that was the highlight of the weekend,,,,,,,,,,,,
the weekend was planned for my birthday my wife requested a birthday greeting from the hotel i received nothing,,, The room was small and outdated the bathroom wasn't clean , our friends who were supposed to travel with us had to cancel because of the covid-19 virus the staff were not at all helpful and were told quite rudely there would be no refund,,,,,
Breakfast was excellent.
Thought we had booked breakfast as part of our package but had to pay £25 extra for this.
