Location was really good for what we was doing
Excellent staff, helpful and friendly nothing was an effort has been our 3rd time there
Location and good cooked breakfast
Check in process - long queues, inefficient. Not good to arrive at a hotel and see a reception full of people who are all fed up standing in a queue Room service - if you charge £5 to deliver a tray to a room, put it on the price, not in the small print. Equally if you price water "from 2.50" but then charge 3.00 for the smallest bottle, its not from 2. 50 I collected the tray from the bar - the quality of the food was poor Our room had frosted glass onto a fire escape. Room was decent size but did not like the outlook from a security perspective. Room was impossible to find and staff gave no help. My husband sent me a text telling me how to get there. Finally I used the boat service but on reaching the pier, had to return to reception to get the boat voucher (key card holder). Nobody had thought to mention/advertise this when I checked out....
Lady on Reception was wonderful !
The room was decent and clean
It was very small and the water temp was really not that great
Hotel was ideal - clean and comfortable
