Overall property is good. Staff is well trained... Food is good. Car service is excellent. Villa is cleaned and well maintained
Not much for kids.... if parents want to spend some good time in yoga meditation spa n wellness zone. No much activity for kids age group of 9 to 12 years.. and kids r not allowed in such areas so we have to cancel our many things.... Cycle of quantity is very limited... suggested to have at least 1 cycle per guest at villa only.. Club house Restaurants are as usual... More Open air restaurant sitting space in club house suggested... Roof can be transparent in restaurant.....
Everything is great barring the access roads to this place. Staff is very accommodating and good. Lovely spa and in hotel pricing is not abnormally high like it often is in a captive hotel. The villa and the outside deck especially is super and while you have to use a nano to get around the property it is easily available on call. The food is all made within the hotel and has a home like taste. Only improvement I suggest is to have more finger food for the evenings and afternoon as it's a struggle to get snack and tea pr a drink in the campus. Overall highly reccomend this place.
Location - the trees and the nature surrounding the property.
As there is nothing around the property, you should give an option of 'all meals included pricing'.
Indian food was fine, the rest....not really!
The location is excellent! It is surrounded by hills and built over 320 acres 900mt above sea level. The air was fresh! They have nanos to take you from point A to point B. The food is okay, could have more vegetarian options. Anyone planning to go should carry their walking shoes!
The spa needs to have a less premium treatment option for full body massage. Should cater to all. Right now it’s a bit over the top.
