We needed a quick one night/budget/with parking stop-over and it just did that. It is dated, but clean and we slept well. Our stay did not include breakfast.

The room is well equipped, to be used in different situations; it looks like a little 2 rooms flat; large balcony, big bathroom, free parking.
Only one TV channel in English; no air conditioned; weak WiFi connection; no furniture in the balcony.

The apartment was very spacious! It had 2 generous bedrooms and a good sized separate lounge room, which was also had a sofa that converts to a bed.
Kitchen had a kettle etc, would have been nice to have a couple of tea bags/coffee sachets available on arrival. Not a deal breaker, but would have been nice after a long drive & late night arrival
