Proximity to Disney Springs and the bus line were great. The staff were very nice and attentive. The little balcony and view were nice. The amenities were not important to us, so we can speak to that. We felt this was a great value!
There is construction right now. However, we really weren't bothered by it. Our room was on the 8th floor above the construction, and we didn't really hear anything until after 7:15. We were already up. Parking was tight on some nights due to construction, but we found a spot.
The entire set up for this hotel is on point. We received amazing service the entire time from the desk people to the food services. They left a surprise card for us under our door to congratulate us on our marriage.
The only thing that needed some love was the shower
The hotel is close to all the DW parks and Vineland outlets. Disney Springs is down the same street. Most rooms have a balcony, we could see Epcot’s fireworks from our room. The Staff was helpful and prompt. We requested for extra pillows and towels at 12 midnight and they responded quickly. We had zero issues with the basics nessecities, shower, beds, fridge, A/C, etc.
The room was outdated like other reviews have mentioned, but the beds sheets were new and kept clean. The carpet needed to be replaced it looked dirty and dingy. Like most hotels in this area, you have to pay for parking and hotel fees. In the morning from 830am to 1030am the elevators are packed! If you can avoid bringing a stroller you’ll have an easier time getting down to the lobby.
Great location best price value
Staff very friendly and always ready to help you
Disney transportation needs to be improved with better time schedule and better equipment
Mediocre at best.
No lock on sliding glass door. Called the front desk multiple times over a two day period with no resolution. Staff waited until the last possible moment before fixing just a few hours before winds from Hurricane Irma hit our area. Air conditioning is either off or on with no adjustment. Loose outlets barely held a plug. Alarm woke us up at 4:30 a.m. Bathroom was in disrepair with loose tiles. Cleanliness was minimal but acceptable. Buffet in the restaurant was institutional/school quality for $15.99 per person. Just one of several ways this location nickle and dimes you. With a huge portion of the state searching shelter due to forced evacuation, seems like the wrong time to charge a resort fee for a pool that couldn't be used, TV that was out the majority of our stay, or parking. Where other resort companies were making concessions, Best Western found every opportunity to go the opposite direction. Hoping to voice our concerns, we made attempts to seek a resolution at the front desk. This unfortunately went nowhere. I can not recommend this hotel, nor will my family ever stay here again.
Ive stayed here about 10 to 12 times as a Disney Passholder and always had a good stay here. The room was still a good value for what you pay and the bartender at the pool was very friendly.
When we arrived we tried to valet as usual, but there was no valet. When i asked the front desk they radioed the valet and told me to wait. After abouy 10 minutes i went back and the front desk's response was: "well then, why dont you just self park?" I didnt appreciate them putting their problem on me, the customer nor the spurned response. There were a few other issues too, but not worth writing a novel about. I think that in the future, i will spend a little extra for the hilton or other disney springs hotel.
Three words, Amazing Water Pressure
They must have gotten some black market Yugoslavian shower heads because these babies were amazing. I was afraid to open my mouth fearing it would take the enamel off my teeth. Great hotel, clean, comfortable, great location, but the shower, the shower sealed the deal. I literally took 4 showers in my 1 night stay. Come for the location stay for the amazing shower.
That I didn't take that fifth shower.
not a happy camper
I liked the location
The rooms smelled of humidity and looked liked it hadn't been cleaned. In the night time the air was super hot and blowing hot air when we went to bring the air down the thermostat was broken we called the lobby and they sent a technician. He came in and said the whole hotel runs off of one unit and all the rooms had to be at 73 Fahrenheit. He said the only thing he could do for us was to either turn it off or leave it as it was. We went in the middle of July when its super hot and we had hot air being blown the entire night. This wasn't the first time I stayed there so I don't know if they made changes regarding the AC.
Room was great size and the ammenities were awesome. The room was also handicap accesible. You definitely get your money's worth. We will definitely be staying again.
Even though the hotel per se was amazing the traffic nearby was truly annoying. Due to the hotel's location, traffic was very heavy.
Everything exceded expectations
Great Hotel -not so great parking fees
