Old and smelly
The inlet fir breakfast
Old had a moldy smell . Ned’s to be torn down and rebuild
Terrible experience
We paid for a room with 2 queen beds and a sofa bed. When we got there, we were given a room with 2 queens only. We paid extra for the sofa bed that we didn't get. There were loud people partying outside our room until 2:30am!!! The front desk was called 4 times, but it did no good. Won't be staying here again.
The rooms were clean and was a comfortable stay. The facilities were in good condition and enjoyed staying there.
The bed was not comfortable and the bathroom didn't look very clean with the stains and a couple areas not noiticed to clean.
Awesome complimentary breakfast!!!
Solitude, quiet rooms
People smoking right outside the door
Excelent value
Everything, room, staff, breakfast. Looks like a great conference facility.
Quick check in
The "security" entrance A did not close. Missing tiles on the stairs up to second floor (no elevator) I found shave clippings on the coffee pot in the bathroom. I found someones take out from God knows when in the fridge. The carpet had stains and holes through out the entire room. The pull out couch sheets were dirty. The pool was not open when it said it would, and it took 3 families to ask at the front desk before they opened it.
It was just fine for the money.
Convenient location, friendly staff
The hotel wasn't exactly the cleanest one I've ever been in - but it was just fine for our one night stay.
Do NOT stay here!!!!
Breakfast was good.
I had dirty towels when I first got there with someone else toothpaste smudged on it. The shampoo bottles were obviously used, but put back to where they needed to be. I talked to the front desk lady and was told their system was down to make a note on the account. She did say she would talk to house keeping. Funny thing is, the same dirty towel was folded up and put back, same used shampoo bottle, and the sheets were literally just tossed back over. When I went down to the "gym" their weight machine had broken cables that were frayed and laying on the floor. I got on the elliptical and it felt like it was going to fall apart beneath my 140 pound self. The hotel had nothing to say, except that none of them had been back there to see it before. To get a hold of manager is nearly impossible and the amount of excuses for everyone's lack of communication was almost impressive. Overall, spend the extra $10-30 and get a hotel worth your stay.
Comfortable beds great breakfast
Short shower
Highs and lows
The staff members were wonderfully friendly and helpful. The highlight of the stay was the breakfast buffet. It has a fabulous omlet chef and has to be one of the best hotel free breakfasts we've found!!
The facility was very tired, but the staff and the breakfast more than made up for it. One quick fix would be to get rid of the pillows/watermelons on the beds. Nice to look at, but painful to use.
