-The location was okay.
-Staff yelled at customers. Worst hostel staying experience I have ever had. 6 am in the morning I was awakened by someone’s yelling. I thought it was two friends having a row over the room key they had lost because I kept hearing someone shouting ”Find the key!!” “Did you try?” “You didn’t try!!” “Try and find the key!!” “How you lock the door??” But it was one of the staff yelling at an old lady like crazy. The lady tried to explain but I couldn’t hear it clearly because her voice was too soft. Also because the staff wouldn’t even let her finish a single sentence. They kept leaving the hall and coming back waking me up for several times. It was so mean and loud... Finally they found the key or whatever, opened the door and ended the drama. The whole conversation was in English meaning staff here don’t treat foreigners well. Later I saw the lady about to check out. I wasn’t sure how old she was but I assumed she was rather aged because she couldn’t even walk with her back straight. She looked so hurt and terrified . Can you even imagine your parents or grandparents staying here and be treated like this ?
Breakfast is ok, And snack of night is so good
Only my room
So many people sleeping on each bed in a large room but still mange to keep peace and quiet. Location is walk away from Bus station and MRT. Staff humble and helpful. Recliner is relaxing.
The way how men's people take shower is shocking..... little morality is required
Great location: Right after Kaohsiung main station, walk for 5 minutes to Liuhe night market and Formosa Boulevard station. They equipe the onsen and sauna without fee for in house clients which can helps you really relax after a sight seeing day. Light in room are light and the facilities are sufficent.
Breakfast should be prepared better with more variety of choice
I truly enjoy the place. Perfect for business like travelers and people who want to relax The staff was really helpful and I will give them credit.
Wifi could have been better - randomly shut down No curtains (or you should build capsules)
