Pros:The bed was big
Cons:First of all on check in the guy was behind the front desk seemed mad cuz I woke him up to check me in. Then I got to my room and it had not been cleaned and I was afraid to even open the door cuz I thought someone was already in there cuz tv was left on by the people before me. So again I had to wake up the guy that worked at the desk to change @y room. Then the next room had food stuck to the wall . and I went to take off the stained bedspread and I noticed chewed up sunflower seeds all over the floor by the bed. Then I had to go to the store and buy light bulbs so I could see cuz there was only 2 out of 7 lights with bulbs. The bathroom sink was clogged with something that smelled like it died. I actually lived at that super 8 for a long time and NEVER had any problems with staff or cleanliness of the rooms. I can't believe how fast this place has just gone down hill. They should have kept their old staff cuz obviously the new people don't care about their jobs

Cons:Lights didn't work in room, some in hallway also out. Hallway in general very messy (broken fridge left in hallway & other guests garbage outside door for extended period)

Cons:First of all i understand that super 8 is a budget hotel and i don't expect 5 star quality however this hotel was filthy, dangerous and very badly run. To start it said check-in was at 1400. When we arrived at 1630 and the receptionist eventually came to reception my wife and i were told that our room was not ready and the cleaners had not even gotten to it yet so we had to come back. We came back later that night and went up to our room. walking the corridors we saw how run down the hotel was and how dirty it was. when we got to our room the light switch did not work and turning on the lamps revealed another light that did not work. the smoke detector was missing with some wires coming out of the ceiling where one should've been which is a huge safety issue. The bathroom. The shower was disgusting i have never seen such a filthy tub and the shower curtain was orange with mould and mildew. the walls of the room were filthy. The safety chain on the door was only secured by one screw and so was useless. I have photos of all of this The other problem with this hotel is that they clearly do nothing to stop criminal activity. on arrival there were groups of people smashing a shopping cart in the parking lot and on getting to our room all you could hear was people shouting and threatening people in the parking lot. this did not lead to a restful nights sleep

Pros:Very clean, friendly staff....however very unprofessional, like it was there living room, eating while checking me in(Kevin)... Would not pause and put the fork down.
Cons:There was smoking in rooms, the staff did not care....this I believe is against city ordinance. Strange people walking around grounds of hotel all night....this place has potential with proper Managment!

Cons:I found a bug in our bed, little bug with pinchers at the head of the bug. Me and my girlfriend slept on the floor after finding the bug in our bed... I went to the front desk in the morning to check out with the bug in hand in a cup. The front desk person looked at it and said "im sry about that sir". There was a cleaning lady right next to me and I over heard the front desk person say that "I think we need to spray the whole third floor". Not what I wanted to hear.. They didn't refund my money or anything all that had to say was "sorry about that sir" I will never ever stay there again and I advise others to do the same.. Also place smelled like smoke all the way through the building..

Cons:The room smelled horrible, the bathroom had mold everywhere, and the cable tv was lousy. Internet was very slow too.
