The staff a very friendly and helpful. The room we had was clean.
The aircon kept turning off and we put it to test mode to keep it on. The bed we both felt as we were going to fall out of it as the mattress was very soft on the sides.

Breakfast was good. Good selection of food. Reception staff at check in was very helpful.
Room was very small and decor was poor. Website indicates only rooms which look large with double beds which is quite deceptive. Very basic room. Very limited choice of channels on TV. Carpet broken and worn, wall damaged in places.

Air conditioning needed to work - hot and claustrophobic - not impressed with Grenoble - the low point in an otherwise brilliant french road trip.

Nice location, right next to a stop of tramline C and about 15 minutes walking from Place Grenette in the city centre. Staff was very friendly and always went out of their way to help or just for a chat. The one-person room was spatious and clean and had excellently working airconditioning. Nice building with an interesting history. I would stay again!
The price-quality for the breakfast was not great.
