Staff are okay
Not worth the value of money if it will be compared for some near hotels as le meridian.
Room was clean and comfortable.A little small but okay.
The service at the pool.Very small pool.
Gluten free food was especially made for my husband particularly for breakfast. I asked for fresh milk for coffee in my room and room service always provided. Pool was excellent and when no lounge sun bed was available one was bought out of storage!
Reception didn’t give clear instructions to find our room which was confusing. Would have been good to have Wifi in the hotel room! (Considering that we had wifi in Wadi Rum in a desert camp one should be able to have it in a hotel room!!) Food delivery in the hotel eating area was slow at times. Foyer area was clean, brightly light and looked quite glitzy but the corridors that the rooms came off were dowdy and dirty looking! We stayed in 3 different rooms and all corridors where the same! Rated as 4 star - I think 2.5 would be fair!
They let us check in before the expected time. The room is clean and spacious and the bed is comfortable. There are a few different restaurants and stores on the resort including atm and money exchange. The breakfast has a wide variety of food. There is a nice pool area, balcony, and lounge with a good view of the pyramids.
Smoking in the lobby and hallways!!!!!!! No shuttle service to/from the airport. The taxi service is way too expensive (we used uber instead).
A really nice place with a decent shower. The hotel is close to the pyramids and not too far away from the museum. The staff for the most part are friendly.
Aircon leaked and left a wet patch on the carpet. There is nothing close by to the hotel and it’s on a main road so you can’t really go for a walk anywhere. The pool closes at sunset which I don’t understand, it would’ve been great to enjoy a night swim. Sometimes the staff seem like they don’t want to speak to you.
