Was expecting run down, but this was beyond that.
Clearly sheets had not been changed and were dirty even though bed was “made,” no towels in the room, “non-smoking” room smelled like someone had been chain smoking in it all night and there weee cigarette burns all over the bed. Door to hotel room had clearly been broken into multiple times in the past and the damage had barely been repaired. The person at the front desk was very helpful and professional, but there wasn’t much in her power that could be done to make this work.
The man at the front desk refunded my money with out any trouble.
The shower was so gross there was no way I was going to use it. Even the lamp shades were filthy. I didn't even feel safe having my car in the parking lot.
Clean, basic, close to freeway, breakfast, good place if you are just looking for a place to stay at night and are doing other things during the day. It worked perfectly for us--a clean place to sleep with a basic breakfast for the kids.
For the money it was really good, but it could be better if they had fresh fruit rather than canned fruit for breakfast--maybe a bowl of small tangerines or small apples--probably wouldn't cost them more to serve than the canned fruit and would be more nutritious for the children.
Not a lot
Cockroaches in room. Mattress had a 1 foot depression in it, went to put the sheet back on a corner and the end of the mattress was covered with black mold. When i told staff, it was just shrugged off. Highly disapointed that kayak and priceline even recommend them. Even if it is a one star hotel
I'm not a picture picky person, but this was bad.
The staff was friendly.
The t.v. was so fuzzy, I couldn't recognize the actors on screen. You are required to eat the continental breakfast in the lobby, they won't let you take out to your room. Every day when I got back to the hotel I had to have my room keys reset. The beds are so loud and squeaky, it's like out of a movie! Sleep was next to impossible, due to the *ahem* adult needs of my neighbors.
