Staff was great
On 5th floor-only 1 elevator working and it broke down- had to walk up and down 5 flight

Great location to access both cruise pier and airport. All staff was very friendly. Front desk was very busy And Annie worked very hard attending to everyone. Alicia was also very helpful the first night we were there. Breakfast was pleasant. Would stay there again!
