Superb luxury and treatment
VIP treatment from arriving at Dubai airport to being ushered into a luxury car, to receiving our room. On arrival at the Atlantis at around 1000 our bags were taken care of and we were shown to breakfast and checked in simultaneously. Our room was ready about an hour later which was perfect. The Terrace Club Suites and Imperial Club were impeccable although the imperial club does get busy during happy hour. Aquaventure Water Park was brilliant with enough things to do with small children, however the 1.2m ride height is a bit over the top especially if you have small children who love fast rides. Bread Street Kitchen was absolutely fantastic, as was the all inclusive brunch. Seafire Steak house served one of the best steaks I have had and again nothing was too much trouble.
That we didn’t stay longer.
The water park was fun, the rapids allowed transportation for the park. The beds were comfy, the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The shower was awesome.
The quality of food for in room dining was disappointing and not what we would expect for such a luxe resort. The spaghetti sauce was not “homemade” and too salty. The pancakes were not “homemade” and more manufactured. The eggs were instant scramblers and not fresh. We had better food at the IHOP.
Water park was one of the best, beats all the U.S. Water parks combined .My 6 yr old loved it all. The aquarium is like and art gallery with fish as a background.
Restaurants are expensive unless you like to paying $30 for a hamburger.
If you want to have good time stay in any other hotel and go to have fun with your kids in the park only but don't you ever stay in the hotel if you order room service you will never get it, if a miracle happen and you get the room service it will be old and cold
The worst service you can even get in your life. So far from 5 starts. The lost my bagels when I checked in for a whole night instate of having good time with my kids I ended up looking for my bages for the whole night
the beaches, resturants, and the view are among the best i have seen
the alarm sounded on my departure date as a test for fire, it took me extra time to get my bags due to stopping of elivators
I liked the architecture and the uniqueness of design of the hotel. It was luxury personified.
building , luxury, international and family hotel
Amazing hotel and brilliant staff, pricey but worth it!!
A very relaxing & enjoyable, comfortable beds, sheets changed everyday, the breakfast meal was first class.
Everything from the waterpark to the dolphin bay to the amazing staff!
I had to leave
Very relaxing place, and im amaze with great facilities and staff
Everything is ok...
This was our 3rd stay in less than a year at Atlantis & we love it,staff are very friendly & the imperial club room is good value for money, especially good if you have kids as our 10yr old loves staying there.
because of the waterpark, lost chambers & aquarium being open to general public it can get very busy in the lobby.
I liked the view...and the reception was excellent(The Valet was very stupid. When I first arrived at the Palm, The valet ask me if I came for the resturant. I said no I am a guest and he gave me a weird look. Another employee next to him ask his fellow employee in hindi " What he say, hes a quest?? I didnt no why he would say that or ask any guest that question. Then I went inside to check in,
Continued from the top> I love the lady at the front desk she was vey friendly. so after she check me in I ask her about the bellhop to bring my things up. She told me have to go the the front valet and show them my ticket and room number. " The front desk was not helpful with the valet at all that is the only issue I see with the front desk but everything els was great. I went to the front again to tell the valet to take to take my things to my room he said give me a minute and I dont think he new english that well. So i was waiting for 15 min when he showed up with my car and thought I was leaving or somthing. I told him all I want him to do is take my things to my room thats all! This never happen to me in a 4 star hotel.lol
Its good for family with kids
The price is too high
