Proximity to restaurants and Walmart was ideal
Rooms did not have proper maintenance
Location was on our way right off the main road.
Room wasn’t very clean, bed was uncomfortable, bathroom floor wasn’t in great shape, very little parking.
This room was well priced for what we received. While the rooms are dated and could use some love, they met our one-night stay needs. The continental breakfast had some variety, it was nice to get our day started. The morning staff was pleasant and quickly answered our questions about the day's adventures.
The rooms as mentioned were dated and a little worse for wear - holes in the laminate of the bathroom, a towel that could've been washed again, etc. But all-in-all we paid $50 which seemed to be an okay value for what we received. On that note, I would not pay more for this room at all.
Great location for Mesa Verde and Dolores / Escalante Pueblo. Not fully modernised, but very clean and tidy.
1st room, drapes were torn and hanging off window, huge spider on wall and smelled strongly of mildew. Requested 2nd room, also smelled of mildew. Window on the ground floor did not lock. People outside playing loud music and selling drugs.
