Pros: Location and facility was amazing

Cons: Service was too bad. 1) we had a late lunch after check in. Staff didn’t know how to open wine (he was trying to use wine opener to open a bottle of Australian wine! ) , and nobody took care us after food is served. Whatever we need we need to go and find staff. 2) Hotel booked a taxi to town for us which was almost double price than way nicer car by didi. Of course we agreed the price so we still took it but I wish I could be told that there were other options. 3) Seems nobody understand the concept of ‘turn down service’ 4) I left my iPhone in the room when check out and it was gone. When I realized that I didn’t bring my iPhone with me immediately called them for help me the confirm. The staff at reception rejected to check at the beginning as there was nobody to check since it was mid night -although he just need to walk 3min from his reception to the room I checked out. I had to convince him to go now. Will never stay any Banyan Tree in China and this was a really horrible experience!

Pros: Great view on the balcony bath 24 hr heated bath Tranquility Good facilities

Cons: 1, One side of the bed was sunken in Room 1509, felt extremely uncomfortable to my back,kept waking up whole night; 2,Stayed on Wednesday night and haven’t got the authorisation refunded until now Saturday;
