Enterprise didn't have the advertised vehicle available. They said they are not responsible or liable for what you advertise on your site. They say they don't provide you with updated availability. It took me 1 hour to try to solve the issue. They just had a more expensive car available and it took me 1 hour to negotiate the price. Finally, I didn't take the car since their process was painful and they didn't provide any customer support and they were not interested in customer care or satisfaction.

This was a terrible experience of a fraud perpetrated upon us. When we landed at 7 pm the alamo counter at the airport was closed as was the car pick up site across the street. There was a sign stating clearly that office hours were until 8 pm . When we calles the two numbers on the sign for the local reps the only response we received, after a long time, that she refused to come in but is sending someone else. . This turned out to be a rep of another local company not related to alamo who made it clear that our only option to get to Tikal early next morning was to rent a car from him at more than twice the rate we had booked and confirmed with alamo.The car was 19 years old with no air conditioning. We have everything duly recorded you will be hearing from my lawyer when I return.

The worst! I reserved a vehicle and they ended up canceling my reservation because they didn’t have the vehicle I reserved, and of course they were offering a bigger car but charging way more of the price showing online. My original daily rate was $23, according to them, to get an upgrade my rate was going to be $62 per day!!! I wasted half day in Flores because of their incompetence! Do yourself a favor, stay away from them! Don’t waste your time…
