Excellent service, on a very convenient location in Cape town (walking distance to city center and V&A Waterfront). The staff was very friendly and the overall experience amazing.

I enjoyed the short 10 minute stroll to the V&A Waterfront and close proximity of shops, ATM's, many cafe's of course the and football stadium.
Entrance from street is bit off putting and maybe the interior needs to be refurbished with a more modern style and material. Also the sliding doors cannot be locked so it presents a security risk if you are on a low floor (I was moved to the 7 floor).
