Live Aqua Beach Resort Cancun

Well, it’s a perfect finale for our honeymoon. The best beach in Mexico, perfect pool with all included food and drinks. 2-3 days it enough and not need to take swuita any special room, anyway you all the time at the pool.

The staff really tried, but I didn’t have enough vegan dishes

The resort is very beautiful (especially inside). I had the King ocean front view room which was big, clean and with an amazing comfortable bed. The staff is always friendly, smiling and helpful. "Italian" restaurant is not very authentic but has potential. Azur restaurant is the best in food and service. The beach is clean and there are kind of beach beds where you can stay. SPA is also very nice. I'd love to come back.

At our arrival we were offered a fast tour of the facilities and we were told that attending a 90 minutes presentation the day after we were receiving a discount on couple massage and on trips to Isla Mujeres. We were told that the presentation was about other parts of the hotel (master suite etc) so we accepted. The day of the presentation instead we were spending 2 and half hours with people that asked personal questions and tried to convince us to subscribe a membership for travels whose cost is over 30.000$ to be paid in 40 years! When we refused they proposed us a second offer for the cost of 12.000$ for discount on travels and flight tickets which we also refused. They kept going with a third offer of 2600$ for 10 days in one of their resort at next trip. I didn't like that this was not told clearly before. It was like a surprise and it lasted more than expected. Personally I have nothing against the membership and maybe I could have accepted the third offer if they were clear since the beginning. Also you have to decide immediately about every offer (you don't get even 1 day to think about) which is detrimental for them because people are not prone to sign a contract for several thousands of dollars straight away. Last but not least, when they saw that we didn't accept the offer they just offered the coupon on the couple massage and they said the trip discount was not offered anymore......I booked with another travel agency but this is unprofessional for such a beautiful place. I would suggest Live Aqua to not do this anymore. If you want to talk about membership say it from the beginning so that not you neither the guest waste their time. That is the reason why I am not giving 10 to this review.

Very upscale beautiful resort. The best food, prepared elegantly. the nicest and most attentative staff you could ever meet. beautiful beaches and pool area. one of my favorite spots on this planet

that I couldn't stay longer

The service was fantastic, they accommodated is so well. They remembered our names, it exceeded our expections. We are considering having our wedding ceremony here.
