The all staff area’s is very humble except front desk staff. Monica from the Antiguo Lago restaurant is very nice person and complacent.
The front desk staff they don't have empathy.
Some of the staff people were very nice.
1. I paid to much money for my kids. I traveled by myself with my two daughters and paid for three adults. 2. The bathtub was broken. 3. The pools were dirty, I asked twice the staff to clean the pool. 4. The TV in the room didn’t work well. 5. Some of the staff were not to nice. 6. I though that the hotel will make a big effort to fulfill our expectations due to the conditions of the sea and the security problems the have in Cancun.
The staff were amazing and very friendly. Kids club was awesome! My 8 year old didn’t want to ever leave.
I didn’t like the food and that the pools closed at 8pm. Also my teenagers did have a great time. They didn’t have any organized activities specifically for them to meet other teens.
Show at night was fantastic!
Cleanliness of room, hotel needs updating all around, power went out last day and it was miserably hot. Did not like we could not order food to the pool or beach area.
Friendliness of staff/drinks/food/beach/pools
Some things weren’t fixed soon/had to report several times.
