Good transport link. Parking space in front or the hotel. Air conditioning in room.
Design and craftsmanship of the building/rooms reflect standards in Eastern Europe 30 years ago.
Staff were friendly and helpful to us and we thank them. Environment was quiet and facilities were good enough for us. It was value for money they said but it exceeded out expectations. For us it was comfortable enough and WiFi was splendid. Most importantly it was clean and next door to Metropolitan University, a big Shopping Mall, Buses Station and Tram. OPT Bank next door to the right and a Restaurant facing the hotel. Very good location.
They sent back mail I had delivered to them to the post office which contained my ticket to the formula 1, I arrived on the Saturday and the post office is closed on the weekend, the F1 was on the Sunday.
I stayed for one night of the three I had paid for and left for another hotel. There was nothing I liked about the place.
I didn't like the attitude of staff when I complained about the condition of the room; the lights in my bathroom were not working, there were no hangers to hang up clothes and there was a terrible smell from the toilet. I was told I couldn't get another room and I was given one hanger and told another one may be found tomorrow.
No soap or shampo in the bathroom . Some guest very noisy during night.
