Staff is very nice and helpful.Sleeping experience is according expectations for Ramada Then a tip for booking, the price I got via a known booking platform was 30 % less than the one offered by the hotel when I asked. But in Brussels businesses have still to learn to be more competitive. this is general comment. Garage fee is separate and is 10 euros per night.
There are some details which make stay is affected negatively. First things is if you come by car with your gps and want to use Ramada garage don't put avenue des Pleiades but clos du Lynx 5. This is written nowhere in their sites. Why it is important? Because if you go to their main address you will need to drive 4 kilometers more in order to reach the garage (which is on the other side of the building) thanks the famous well known excellence in making simple and user friendly solutions by the Brussels architects and traffic designers. This excellence is found also in the garage with 2 narrow u-turns. So if you have a big car you will need to make it very careful or if you are lucky park on place 1,2,3 or 4 near entry/exit. With this excellence this is of course irony. Another thing which could be improved. This is a hotel which hosts a lot of full buses guests and when they came the corridors are stucked because people waiting for lifts. The problem is that there is no possibility to take stairs because this is only in case of fire. So you need to wait long minutes. Although the breakfast is having a lot of good choice, the coffee is we believe not very good because too strong. I invite the management of the hotel to test (on the machines of rear place odd side). I believe also WI fi solution could be better I.e you have one code for all stay and not you need to type log and password every 4-5 hours as it is now.
