Everything was really nice, the location is perfect, the staff is kind, the facilities are really modern and the breakfast was very good. Everything for a low price. Perfect
overal good value for money
The bathroom and the toilet were not very clean
Good value for money, excellent location (literally adjacent to the city centre), friendly staff, clean rooms, very nice breakfast. An absolute must for your stay in Brussels!
Friendly reception, multilingual including Dutch. I had a large 8bed one on the 2nd floor. Quiet large, it was divided into 2 levels with a small seating area and bathroom on one and the beds on the 2nd level. For a free breakfast it was very good, including boiled eggs and fruit. Good vibe.
The lockers in the room were too small, only had a small bag with me and it barely fitted Location-wise it's located in the Pentagon but barely so it's usually is a bit of a walk (15-20min) to most destinations including the train station. If distance is very important, there are other hostels closer to the city centre (but you'll probably lose in comfort though).
Wonderful hostel! Good location. Very clean. Very nice rooms. Nice staff, particularly the Italian girl. Excellent breakfast.
The last day the reception was uncovered for a few minutes from the main staff and a guy that was replacing the receptionist was not English speaker and not informed about hostel rules.
