Close to the tram, beautiful room, clean, fridge, AMAZING shower.
We were put in a "newly renovated" room, which was a beautiful room... Only catch? The thermostat wasn't wired in yet, so the room was about the temperature of the sun unless the window was open... then all you heard was sirens. Bed was super hard.

While booking it stated that I can have ALL children, in my case 2 kids: 1 & 6 years old as I entered. When we arrived, we were told off by staff. After lot persuasion n doing live booking in front was allowed. Lasting bad experienc on d family + 30 mins

Dirty hotel. Paid way to much for what we got. I will never stay at a Crowne Plaza again. Had a 800 person conference while we were there. We were told that we could not eat in the hotel because of the conerfence.
