Nothing, bad completely overall.
Desk rep could care about the conditions of the rooms, and actively attempt to rid the premises of potential criminals. Cleaning crew should actually do something because the conditions of the room are horrible. Absolutely the dirtiest place I’ve ever seen. Broken doors, blood stains, suspicious people roaming the rooms (inside the rooms included) and mold do not make for a comfortable setting. This place is a zero star establishment.

Price, front desk person and the security gaurd very nice.
The ghetto atmosphere on the balcony. You could tell the owners have tried to keep the property up.

It was very clean.
Front desk evening staff was impolite when asked about additional pillows and towels. We were told that we could not be given either of those things.
