Room was very cold , and had a watery noise coming from ceiling ?
ideal for our business plus pleasure visit shopping.exellent location for a visit to banbury. very clean and comfortable, hotel staff very friendly and helpful will use again soon
The staff were helpfull friendly and welcoming,
The quality of food provided was excellent however was overcooked and dry
The restaurant food was amazing, had a glorious meal on Friday night. Eggs Benedict for breakfast another highlight
We booked the rooms to attend a function happening at the hotel - it was very convenient for this purpose and comfortable.
We thought that the breakfast was overpriced - but we did not need to take it!
Convenience for Cropredy Folk Festival. Good car parking. Sunday morning bell ringing
Room - though non-smoking, smelt of stale smoke. Also, for the cost of the room I think it a lttle surprising that the breakfast was not included in the cost
I thought the hotel rooms and reception area was 'tired'. There were no bar staff at approx 20.30 and it tok me 12 minutes to be served. The kipper (no haddock available) I was served at reakfast were poorly cooked. The staff (excluding bar) were very pleasant.
breakfast & friendly staff
we chose the champagn & chocolate offer including breakfast, this was a very large room but noisy from the traffic at the front of the hotel.
