The staff at the restaurant are offensive and terrible. They need to learn some people skills. The rating for this hotel should be reevaluated. My colleagues were also very disappointed with this hotel.
Computers where down so late check in.
Everything was amazing. It was late when I got there, but immediately John the Valet greeted me, took my bag, personally showed me where everything was, and made sure I had everything I needed. There’s a laundry room and vending on 4th floor which was really nice. The free made to order breakfast was def one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve ever had. The room was very comfortable and from the 35th floor, the view was amazing. As a bonus, there’s a Starbucks inside the building as well, and the free local city shuttle has a stop very close by. When I checked out, the Valet called a cab for me and was very quick and friendly. I would gladly stay here again. Great customer service.
No negatives at this hotel. Everything was wonderful
The bed was comfortable!!!
Shower wasn't hot enough!!!
The room was very spacious
The buffet breakfast was cold. There was only one cook for the made to order food when there should have been at least 3 for the amount of guests in the building. The hot water took forever to actually get warm/hot. To have a room located on the 33rd floor you would have expected a Jacuzzi tub for the amount of money paid.
