They gave a guest keys to my room. Check him in to my room.
We booked a smoking room in advance and upon arrival we were told smoking rooms were on the 3rd floor and the elevator was broken. I also called before leaving to confirm our reservations and was still not informed of the situation until we arrived. We were offered a room on the non smoking 1st floor, but we specifically requested a smoking room and there was plenty of time for them to inform us so we could have made other arrangements. Reservations were made several days in advance and I called to confirm before leaving. So we lugged everything up to the 3rd floor. When we got in the room, I looked around for a plug to charge me phone but the only one available was behind the night stand. So I moved the night stand and found a baggie of drugs which I immediately took to the unconcerned clerk. I was later informed of was prescription naproxin but either way it is still drugs because they were not in marked bottle. I go back to the room and lay down and saw the smoke alarm was missing. I called the clerk and was informed no refund no partial refund and everything was broken due to an upcoming remodel. No smoke alarm and on the 3rd floor of smoking rooms. I will never stay there again. I should have called the police when I found drugs and called the fire marshal over the missing smoke alarm. We could not afford to stay somewhere else with no refund.Fear for your life if you stay here. The emergency exit was also always propped open allowing anyone to enter and many homeless people were hanging around coming in and out as they pleased. I stayed up all night fearing someone would come through that door and come to my room looking for their drugs or a fire would happen trapping us.All the doors were hard to open and I have a bruised shoulder from trying to get doors open and the room door was so hard to open I thought we would be stuck. This is a horrible place that doesn't care about guests, they only want your money.I would have felt safer sleeping in the vehicle.
The room was clean, staff excellent, just everything was very comfortable .me and my wife both work and we could totally relax
I liked the first floor cleaness anvthe front desk is always helpful
No not at all
The A/C Heater unit was broken and the 220 V electrical cord and outlet that were supposed to power it was loose and not working. No climate control at all makes for a pretty lousy sleep
