The breakfast bar was very nice and the staff were friendly and courteous.
The light in the bathroom did not work. And the fan didn’t work. So we showered with the door to the bathroom open. We were put in a room next to the Elevator, and it was very noisy.
The location was good, close to downtown yet also had a suburban feel to the area. The staff was friendly.
The pool was horrible. It was dirty and not fit to swim in. Never saw anyone in the pool or even sitting around the pool for the two days I was there. The breakfast bar was frequently out of food compared to other hotels. There was not enough seating for the breakfast. The hall carpets were dirty.
Staff attitude and commitment to making customers satisfied and welcomed.
A little needs to be done on cleaning the floors in the lobby and elevators. Also the gym needs disinfecting because of the smell as you walk in. Staff was excellent 100%
I liked that that bed was nice & comfortable.. The bed was big and the room was big.
The bathroom was too small and it was kinda hard moving around in it .
The staff was very friendly and helpful, quick to respond to extra towel request
There was no AC in the hallways, only one elevator was working during our stay, the toilet didn't flush well, the AC unit in the room made the floor around it wet
