The price.
Apartment wasn't that clean on arrival. Fridge and floors dirty. I had to ask for a mop and brush, none in the apartment. Not good location for someone who can't walk far.

The price is decent for what you get
When i arrived curtains were dirty, floor had stains and all the crockery had been left in the cupboards but not cleaned. I had to buy everything to clean the place before i could settle and this was late at night
