Old facility. Room is renewed, but a bit old by now too. The gym is the worst. Too small secluded in the last room in the corner. Equipment is old

The restaurant and bar were closed for lunch and dinner the entire thanksgiving week. The closures weren’t noted on the hotel’s website and I only learned about it when I overheard the desk clerk explain it to another disappointed guest. Fortunately the hotel is in a neighborhood with a lot of dining options within walking distance but advance notice would have been nice.
We didn’t get into a clean room until nearly 1 AM. We arrived at 3pm. Total disaster..
Pros (+) Location right by the Metro and by the King Street Trolley is excellent. Starbucks in the lobby for the morning start and the King Street Tavern for an excellent meal in the evening. The staff was helpful and friendly. Thank you for a enjoyable stay.
Pros (+) The location
Cons (-) Had to ask for extra blankets...bedding was not warm enough
